CROWNS

When the structural integrity of a tooth has been compromised by old filling materials, cracks, root canal treatment and/or decay, a full coverage "crown" or "cap" may be the indicated treatment.

PORCELAIN VENEERS

A porcelain veneer is a thin shell of porcelain that is bonded to the tooth in order to strengthen it, improve the color from permanent stains, repair fractured/traumatized teeth, close spaces and improve alignment and symmetry.

In comparison to a crown a porcelain veneer is very conservative and the resulting cosmetics, function and durability are superb.
